Notice they are putaing Microsoft into those computers. No wonder they want the guns first...then inflict them with microsoft spyware and malware. By the way, aren't weapon ownership by private citizens illegal in Mexic; that means that they do not exist and this campaign is not necessary, for nobody would flout the law now wouldn't they?

*sigh* wow... 'inflict them with spyware and mailware' that's what you call childish. I don't understand the need to bash microsoft for donating cpu's to a regon who's nummerous occupants live out side the law. I realize there's a law against it, but not everyone abides by the law over there do they? In fact, I think it is safe to say that mexico has a lot more illegal arms dealers than many other nations. Furthermore many people would agree that mexico is *not* amoung the wealthiest countries in the world. The police that regulat that area (who undoubtibly know more than you about mexico city's problems) would not spend what little money they have to initiate a program to solve a problem that does not exist. I admire microsoft's effort to help.
